Rostov Coffee Chain Reaches Final of Prestigious Award

The Sample Coffee chain, operating in Rostov-on-Don, has advanced to the final of the national Russian Hospitality Awards 2025. The establishment will compete for the title of best coffee shop in the country.

The Russian Hospitality Awards is an annual award in the hotel and restaurant business, presented since 2014. This year, the jury considered applications from 518 restaurants across 56 cities in Russia.

Sample Coffee is a network of four specialty coffee shops in Rostov. Founded in 2014 by Vladimir Tkachev with a mobile coffee shop, the chain grew independently for three years before becoming a key player in the local market.

This is not Rostov«s first appearance in the award finals. In 2024, ARKA Hotel by Ginza Project, which opened on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street in 2019, was a finalist for Best City Hotel 4*. Additionally, Old House Resort in the khutor of Ust-Koysug (Rostov region) previously reached the finals in the Best Luxury Hotel category.
