Perm Restaurants Named Finalists for Russian Hospitality Awards
Three restaurants from Perm have made it to the list of finalists for the nationwide Russian Hospitality Awards. Here«s what these establishments are.
Russian Hospitality Awards is an award for restaurateurs. The project has been evaluating restaurant nominations in the hotel theme for many years: hotel breakfast, chef, hotel restaurant, and hotel bar. Recently, the award has become even broader: now restaurateurs can apply.
In 2025, 518 restaurants applied for the award. Only 90 establishments from 28 Russian cities made it to the finals. The award ceremony will take place on March 16, 2026, where the main award winners will be determined.
Among the finalists in the list of nominations for the Russian Hospitality Awards are Perm restaurants. In the «Gastro Debut of the Year» nomination, «Taynaya V.» reached the finals, where they serve breakfasts, host intimate dinners, and offer wine. The founders paid special attention not only to the cuisine but also to the interior. For example, there is vintage tableware from Portugal and a large table with a stone mosaic assembled by hand.
In the «Best Breakfast» nomination, two Perm restaurants made it: again «Taynaya V.» and Nolan wine & kitchen, whose creators position their project as a European cuisine restaurant. Nolan wine & kitchen opened in October 2019 and has repeatedly made it to the long and short lists of the nationwide restaurant award Wheretoeat. And in 2020, the establishment«s cuisine was evaluated by TV host Regina Todorenko, who came to Perm with the project »Oryol i Reshka« (12+). Last year, a journalist from 59.RU, who tested Nolan wine & kitchen, spent two thousand rubles (about $22 at current rates) on lunch there. Additionally, Nolan Wine&Kitchen became a finalist in the »Best European Cuisine Restaurant« nomination.
Another Perm restaurant, Rob Roy, made it to the finals in two nominations: «Best Cocktail Bar» and «Best Meat Restaurant». Rob Roy, named after the Scottish literary hero, opened in 2017 and specializes in meat dishes and grill.
