Never Make Dry Cutlets Again with These Simple Ingredients

If you«ve long been searching for a recipe for juicy homemade cutlets, here it is. We»ll tell you how to make truly delicious turkey cutlets from budget-friendly and accessible ingredients. Grated raw potato will add softness and retain moisture, while cheese will provide an appetizing stringiness and rich flavor. A great option for a family dinner or quick lunch.
Ingredients (for 10–12 cutlets)
Turkey thigh — 500 g
Raw potato — 1 medium tuber
Hard cheese — 80–100 g
Onion — 1 small head
Egg — 1 pc.
Salt — to taste
Black pepper — to taste
Vegetable oil — for frying
Cooking Method

Pass the turkey fillet and onion through a meat grinder or chop in a blender. Place the mixture in a deep bowl.
Peel the potato and grate it on a fine grater. Slightly squeeze out excess juice and add the grated potato to the mince — it will make the cutlets especially soft and juicy.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater and add it to the mince. The cheese will melt during frying and enhance the flavor of the cutlets.
Add the egg, salt, pepper. Mix the mixture well until homogeneous.
Wet your hands with water and form neat cutlets from the mince. Optionally, you can coat them in breadcrumbs.
Heat a pan, pour in a little oil, and fry the cutlets for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Then reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for another 5–7 minutes so they steam well inside.
