Mayor shares porcini mushroom and potato salad recipe with red wine

Head of Beloyarsky District Sergey Manenkov continues to surprise his followers with his culinary masterpieces. Today he shared a recipe for an unusual salad made with porcini mushrooms, potatoes, and red wine. How to prepare these ingredients to make it «wildly delicious,» Chef Petrovich explained in his traditional Sunday video. Watch and take notes.
To prepare the dish, you«ll need 8 boiled potatoes in their skins, frozen porcini mushrooms, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, a head of garlic, an onion, dry red wine, cilantro, parsley, and dill.
«I cut off the bottom part of the garlic head. I take baking pots, put the garlic in them, pour red wine over it, and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (392°F) for 15-20 minutes. Then I chop the onion, not too finely. I also chop the mushrooms. We pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a skillet, heat it up, and add the onion, fry for 3 minutes, add the white mushrooms and fry for another 12-14 minutes, then salt and pepper, but without fanaticism,» says Petrovich.
The chef advises letting the baked garlic cool slightly, and in the meantime, you can chop the boiled potatoes and mix them with the mushrooms. Once the garlic is ready, it should be peeled and cut into large pieces, then added to the potatoes and porcini mushrooms. He chopped the dill, parsley, and cilantro in a blender, adding a pinch of salt. All that«s left is to gently mix everything, and the dish is ready!
