Everything you need to make the cake: one orange, three eggs, 200 grams of sugar, 300 grams of flour, 100 milliliters of vegetable oil, baking powder, a pinch of salt, vanilla, two tablespoons of orange juice.
«Let«s make the most delicious orange cake. Cut a thin-skinned orange into small pieces with the peel. Add sugar and eggs to it. Beat well until smooth,» says Anna. «Also add vegetable oil, salt, and vanilla to our mixture. Add baking powder to the flour and sift it into our mixture. Mix everything well and pour into the pan, be sure to line it with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45 minutes. Remove the pan, pour orange juice over the hot cake, and serve.»
