Let«s make homemade pizza. First, we dissolve the yeast. Take 125 milliliters of warm water, a teaspoon of yeast, and a tablespoon of sugar. Let the yeast stand for 15 minutes, then add two pinches of salt, two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bowl, and sift in 300 grams of flour. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel, and place it in a warm spot for half an hour. Now let»s work on the filling. It can be anything. We have sausage, pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, and cheese. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise and ketchup. Grease a baking tray with oil. Lay out the dough, spread the sauce, and top with the filling. Sprinkle with Italian herbs. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (356°F). And we get such deliciousness. Everyone, enjoy your meal!
