Four Nizhny Novgorod Restaurants Reach Final of Prestigious Award

From 518 applicants, 90 establishments were selected for the final of the Russian Hospitality Awards. Among them are four Nizhny Novgorod restaurants.

Four establishments from Nizhny Novgorod have advanced to the final of the national hospitality award, Russian Hospitality Awards. The competitive selection started with 518 restaurants, but only 90 participants made it to the final list of the best.

Restaurant YALE is represented in two categories: «Best Fine Dining Restaurant» and «Best Russian Cuisine Restaurant». In the nomination for best Russian cuisine restaurant, it competes with «Restaurant 19».

«Restaurant 19» also aims for victory in the category «Best Service». DODICI GRILL is vying for the title of best meat restaurant, and DODICI SEAFOOD for best fish restaurant.

The selection of finalists was based on a combination of criteria: overall rating, evaluations by an expert jury, and results of checks by mystery visitors. The award ceremony, where winners will be announced, is scheduled for March 16.
