Four Nizhny Novgorod Restaurants Are Finalists for Prestigious Award
Popular Nizhny Novgorod establishments could be recognized as the best in the country
Four restaurants from Nizhny Novgorod have reached the finals of the prestigious Russian Hospitality Awards, according to the event organizer.
In total, 518 restaurants competed for a spot in the finals, with 90 ultimately selected as the best — including the Nizhny Novgorod establishments.
For instance, the YALE restaurant is a finalist in two categories — «Best Fine Dining Restaurant» and «Best Russian Cuisine Restaurant.» The latter category also features the Nizhny-based «Restaurant 19.»
Additionally, «Restaurant 19» is a finalist in the «Best Service» category. DODICI GRILL could be recognized as the best meat restaurant, and DODICI SEAFOOD as the best fish restaurant.
Finalists were selected based on overall ratings, jury evaluations, and inspections by mystery guests. Now, the organizers must choose the best of the best. The winners are planned to be announced and awarded on March 16.
