Ingredients
- Flour — 450 grams
- Kefir — 500 ml (any fat content)
- Eggs — 2
- Sugar — 2 tablespoons
- Salt — 0.5 teaspoon
- Baking soda — 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil — to taste
Kefir needs to be warmed up in advance — on the stove or in the microwave. It is important to ensure that it does not curdle.
Beat the eggs with salt and sugar, then add the warmed kefir. After that, gradually add the sifted flour — this will make the dish more airy. It is important that the dough has the consistency of thick sour cream.
Then, mix the batter again, adding baking soda. After that, let the dough rest for a few minutes — literally a few minutes, so that it becomes saturated with oxygen.
