Banana pancakes are a great option for a tasty breakfast or afternoon snack. Bananas pair perfectly with the sweet batter of the dessert, so you won«t complain about lack of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Bananas — 200 g (two small bananas or one large banana);

  • Flour — 150 g;

  • Milk — 150 g;

  • Egg — 1 piece;

  • Sugar — 2 teaspoons;

  • Vegetable oil — 30 g;

  • Baking powder — 1.5 tsp;

  • Salt — two pinches.

Take the specified products out of the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature when cooking. This way, the ingredients blend better with each other. The milk should also be slightly warmed.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour, add the baking powder, and mix. In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, then break in the egg, add the sugar, salt, and also add the vegetable oil. All ingredients should be thoroughly mixed together.

After that, add the milk and the flour with baking powder to the resulting mixture. Mix until smooth.

Cook the pancakes in a dry pan without oil. Fry them until golden brown on both sides. To check if they are baking well, break one open and see if there is any raw batter inside.
