Court suspends two Biskvitny Dvor outlets in Tyumen
In Tyumen, Rospotrebnadzor obtained a court order to suspend operations at two Biskvitny Dvor outlets. An inspection revealed violations of sanitary requirements, and laboratory tests showed that some finished products did not meet safety standards. The outlets are located at 29 Odesskaya Street, Building 1, and 88 Permyakova Street.
The regional Rospotrebnadzor office said that during a sanitary-epidemiological investigation, specialists found a number of violations. These included failure to observe the proper flow of technological processes, insufficient refrigeration and processing equipment, a shortage of hand-washing sinks for staff, and the unsatisfactory sanitary condition of transport packaging.
In addition, laboratory tests of swabs from equipment and utensils showed that cleaning and surface treatment had been carried out poorly. The agency also said that ready-to-eat dishes did not meet hygiene standards for safety indicators.
The Leninsky District Court ordered the administrative suspension of both outlets. The establishment on Odesskaya Street was closed for 20 days, and the one on Permyakova Street for 10 days.
Biskvitny Dvor told 72.RU that the cause was violations related to the organization of technological processes.
«The store on Odesskaya was closed for 20 days. There were flow violations — technical issues we need to fix, and that is what we are doing now. The outlet on Permyakova was closed for one day to rearrange equipment. As of today, this outlet is already operating», the company said.
In recent days, sanitary safety concerns in Tyumen have not been limited to catering establishments. Earlier, residents of various districts told 72.RU that management companies had started sending out warnings asking people not to use tap water for drinking, cooking, or even personal hygiene.
