Chef shares Don region fish tartare recipe for holidays

The New Year holidays are in full swing, but festive table food is surely already running out for many. Instead of Olivier salad, we suggest making a tartare from Don region products, following the recipe from brand chef Konstantin Pobokin of the «Mariage» and Le Cornet restaurants.

You will need herring, mackerel, red onion, pickled plum and apple, black bread, and sour cream.
