Yakutian blogger Panda Sakha (real name Vyacheslav Romanov) showed how to quickly clean river fish, salt it, pepper it, and eat it frozen. He posted a video of the cutting and salting process on his Instagram (an extremist organization, activities banned in the Russian Federation).

In the video, Vyacheslav showed where to start: take three fish, chop off part of the head, carefully and quickly remove the skin, cut into even pieces, clean out the insides, eat all the roe at once. Then, place all the fish pieces in a bowl, salt, pepper, add vegetable oil, cover with a lid, and shake well. And that«s essentially the whole recipe.
