Barnaul resident shares step-by-step mini pizza recipe

Who doesn«t remember the smell of hot pizza in the school cafeteria? Soft dough, melted cheese, and a simple but delicious topping. Barnaul resident Anna Voevodina told NGS22.RU how to recreate this culinary masterpiece at home and make mini pizza.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- Wheat flour — 450 grams;
- Water — 150 ml;
- Milk — 150 ml;
- Fast-acting dry yeast — 6 grams;
- Sunflower oil — 3 tbsp;
- Sugar — 2 tbsp;
- Salt — 1 tsp;
For the topping:
- Boiled sausage — 200 grams;
- Pickled cucumbers — 150 grams;
- Hard cheese — 100 grams;
- Mayonnaise — 4 tbsp;
- Shashlik ketchup — 4 tbsp.
How to prepare:
Mix the flour with the yeast. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, water, oil, and sugar, and whisk lightly. The liquid temperature should be 30–45 degrees Celsius. Gradually add the flour to the liquid mixture, add the salt, and knead into a soft dough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Dice the sausage and pickled cucumbers, grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup until a uniform sauce forms.
Take pieces of dough the size of a chicken egg, roll them into balls, and flatten them on a baking sheet lined with oiled paper. Brush the flatbreads with the sauce, top with sausage and cucumbers, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 °C (428 °F) for about 15 minutes. The finished mini pizzas can be served hot or cooled — they will definitely bring back the taste of your favorite school snack at home.
