Woman Revealed as Aleksey Glyzin's Daughter After 40-Year Wait

Towards the end of the year, 71-year-old Aleksey Glyzin was hit with news—he has an illegitimate daughter. The singer met with Anna, who calls herself his blood relative, on the air of the show «Stars Aligned» (16+). The woman assured that she needed nothing but communication and affection from her kin, but a few days later it turned out that this was not all she wanted.
“I’m Not a Saint”
According to Anna, her mother, Tatyana, met Aleksey in 1974. At that time, the young and passionate artist had returned from the army and was performing at discos. At one of them, he spotted Tatyana.
“A friend approached her and said that Aleksey liked her and wanted to meet. She agreed to it,” Anna recounted the story of her parents« meeting.

The communication grew into something serious. Although Glyzin was married and in 1975 had a son from his official marriage, he continued to see Tatyana regularly.
“As mom said, they celebrated New Year on Malygina Street (a street in Moscow. — Ed.) when Aleksey bought an apartment. Irina Allegrova performed there, friends were around,” Anna assured.
Not only acquaintances knew about the romance, but also Tatyana«s parents, and they strongly disapproved that their daughter was involved with a married man. Meanwhile, Glyzin himself does not remember the five-year affair at all, though he does not deny that it could have happened.
“I had so many girlfriends. So, everything is possible with our touring life. I’m not a saint,” Aleksey responded to the alleged paternity.
The love affair ended after Tatyana found out she was pregnant. Glyzin disappeared from the scene, and the woman gave birth and raised Anna alone. In the birth certificate, she did not list Aleksey and preferred to forget the past love as a bad dream. Only occasionally, indulging in memories, she revealed details about her father to Anna.
“Mom never said anything bad about him, but when I asked some questions, she always tried not to answer or evade them. I found out about my dad when I was 7. I was going to the kitchen, mom was there. Aleksey was singing on the radio, and she tells me: ‘That’s your dad,’” Anna shared.
The older Anna became, the more she wanted to meet her father. In 2006, already married, she specifically went to a club where Aleksey was performing to see him.
“I said: ‘Hi, remember Tatyana, you had a relationship with her. I’m Anna—your daughter.’ He wasn’t shocked,” Anna revealed.
During the meeting, Aleksey also gave his number to Anna, but the only time she called and wanted to talk, Glyzin answered that he was busy. He never called back, and Anna lost the number.

The woman came to the artist’s concerts several more times. Once, she brought along her mother and daughter Ksyusha. He greeted Tatyana, took a photo with his granddaughter, and, to Anna’s great disappointment, departed without expressing paternal feelings.
“I didn’t have a good relationship with my mom. To this day, we don’t. I always wanted to at least communicate with my dad,” Anna explained her desire to be closer.
“I Never Doubted—He’s My Dad!”
Twenty years later, in the studio of the program, Anna made another attempt to mend relations with her father. For this, together with Aleksey, they took a DNA test in front of everyone.

The woman assured that although she lives in a one-room apartment and doesn’t work anywhere due to disability, she doesn’t need financial support from Glyzin. He, in response, promised that he would help Anna even if she turned out not to be his daughter. However, as soon as the broadcast ended, Aleksey didn’t even leave his number and, shocked, retreated far from the newly-made relative.
But this time, Glyzin’s escape didn’t help. Anna went to the next show “DNA” (16+), where it was revealed that Aleksey is indeed her father.
“I told you I never doubted—he’s my dad! I always felt it! I’m not some impostor to come here, I’m a completely different person. You just don’t know me,” Anna commented on the news with tears.
On the same show, Anna was informed that since she is disabled, she can claim Glyzin’s inheritance, even if he has a will. Hearing about such possibilities, the woman suddenly forgot her promises that she didn’t plan to claim anything.
“I will establish that I am the official daughter. I can, for example, go to the registry office and establish it voluntarily. Then I’ll figure out for myself what I need,” Anna stated.
Besides the emerged daughter, Aleksey already has two children—a son Alexey from his first marriage and Igor from his second.
