Over 1,700 multichild mothers in Yugra receive pension recalculation

More than 1,700 mothers with many children in Yugra (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug) have received a pension recalculation according to new rules that take effect from 2026. This was reported by the Social Fund of Yugra.

Now, when processing pensions, all children will be taken into account without restrictions, including the fifth, sixth child in the family, and so on. The new rules apply both to multichild Yugra women who will retire in 2026 and to those who are already on pension.

Women can submit an application for recalculation at the client services of the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) branch for KhMAO-Yugra and on the «Gosuslugi» portal. It is recommended to attach data about the children to the application, such as a scanned birth certificate.

The pension will be recalculated taking into account care periods that were not considered before. A mother with many children will receive not only service time but also pension coefficients if she provides care for each child for at least 1.5 years: 2.7 coefficients for the first child; 5.4 coefficients for the second child; 8.1 coefficients each for the third and subsequent children,« clarifies the Social Fund.
