Homeless Tyumen boy may be sent to orphanage

14-year-old Maxim from Tyumen, who lived in a cafe, might be sent to an orphanage. Recall that the child tried to renounce his biological mother and wandered all over Tyumen. The child was taken in by Yevgeny. He read the publication on 72.RU and recognized the child«s mother as his long-lost love. And then he suspected that Maxim might be his son. Before that, the Tyumen resident says, «he did not know about his birth.»
It turned out that now Maxim no longer lives with his dad. The man says, «I did everything I could.» He established paternity, settled the boy in his house, and helped with his studies.
«He doesn»t need this at all, he started running away from us, first to his grandmother, then to his mother. The juvenile division and guardianship started coming to us at night. In the summer, he started calling from his grandmother«s and swearing at me repeatedly. In August, he and his grandmother went to court regarding the restriction of parental rights for me and his mother. The court restricted them and appointed alimony. He is to be sent to an orphanage, since he runs away from his grandmother too and doesn»t go to school,» shared the boy«s father with 72.RU.
The boy«s name has been changed. We told you the child»s story in a detailed article. Maxim claimed that his mother has been abusing him for several years: hitting, humiliating, not letting him home. Therefore, Maxim was forced to wander and constantly seek shelter. The boy«s mother explained: her son is ill.
The Department of Social Development for Tyumen Oblast confirmed that Maxim«s parents have been restricted in their parental rights by court decision.
«After the court decision comes into force, the issue of the child»s further placement will be resolved. Maxim is living with his grandmother. The family is under the supervision of the Social Protection Department of Tyumen City and Tyumen Municipal District,» clarified the Department of Social Development for Tyumen Oblast.
