French adoptee seeks biological mother in Tyumen

Pierre shared that he was born in Tyumen and is now seeking to reconnect with his biological mother.
A request from a man from France who is searching for his birth mother in Tyumen has appeared on the website of the program «Wait for Me». His name is Pierre, but in Russia he was called Dmitry. The man said that he was born in Tyumen, and when he was about two years old, he was found at the Station Square, where he was begging for alms. Later, his parents decided to place the boy in an orphanage.
When Dmitry turned four years old, he was adopted by a family from France, from the city of La Ciotat near Marseille. There he grew up, received an education, and was involved in music and sports.
«I am very grateful for my life and do not feel anger or resentment towards my biological parents. On the contrary, I feel only gratitude», wrote Pierre in his request.
Now the man wants to return to Tyumen and is restoring his Russian citizenship. He wants to try to find his mother.
«I want to understand where I come from, get to know my roots, and if possible, see my mother, hug her, and thank her for life», he said.
On the «Wait for Me» website, it is stated that Pierre is searching for a woman named Olga Maltseva, born in 1972.
Two years ago in Tyumen, a young man — Vladimir Dyagilev — disappeared without a trace. He arrived by taxi in the DOK district, got out of the car, and since then nothing has been known about him. His relatives still hope that Vladimir is alive. The sister of the missing person told 72.RU that the guy might have been afraid of possible problems and left without informing his loved ones.
