Rainbow "Portal" Opens in Sky Over Primorye

An unusual rainbow was filmed on a beach in Primorsky Krai. A witness captured a bright rainbow «portal» in the clouds on video. The footage was published by the Telegram channel Svodka25.
Vacationers watch the rainbow phenomenon from the shore of Valentin Bay.
«This is a miracle of miracles! I«ve never seen anything like it. Such beauty we have here,» — says the author of the video.
The characteristic rainbow glow shimmered in blue, red, yellow, and green. Thick clouds drifted around the celestial «hole».
The phenomenon was observed in Valentin Bay on the shore of the Sea of Japan in the Lazovsky District of Primorye. Dozens of vacationers watched the unusual rainbow.
«The shape from a distance looks like an eye watching people. What this phenomenon is is unclear, but most likely it is a type of halo,» — speculated users online.
Commentators did not miss the opportunity to joke. There were even those who suggested that the rainbow eye is new technology for surveilling Primorye residents.
One subscriber assured that last year he saw the same phenomenon in Dagestan.
