Psychologist tells of entrepreneur's binge with pony in St. Petersburg
On the humorous show «Stories,» a medical psychologist who introduced himself as Vasily shared an unusual case. He began with the statement: «This is a clinical case about how a patient lived for a week in a hotel with a stolen pony and a cross-eyed courtesan.»
The narrator explained: «I am a medical psychologist, I treat mentally ill criminals.» According to him, the patient was an entrepreneur from Volgograd who came to St. Petersburg for a conference. The man was diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder, and in a state of mania, he decided to have a week-long binge.
Vasily described the events in detail: «In one of the nightclubs, he meets an escort with a squint. She introduced herself to him as Tatyana, but according to the criminal case materials, she turned out to be Natalya.» The businessman paid for her services a week in advance and rented an entire floor in a hotel for them to live together.
During one of their walks, the companion allegedly said: «Oh, I wish I had such a pony.» The entrepreneur immediately acquired the animal, making a deal with the owner, although the pony was not originally for sale. The animal settled in the hotel with the couple.
The binge was interrupted after a call from his wife, who said: «Darling, come on home.» Trying to return to Volgograd, the man faced the problem of transporting the pony. He called a «Gazelle» van, but when the driver refused to take the animal such a distance, the entrepreneur stole the vehicle. Near Pskov, he was detained under the «Intercept» plan and sent for compulsory treatment.
Vasily noted that «The pony had a tag on its collar, so it was returned to its owner.» He concluded: «She remained both with money and with the pony.»
