Perm Actors Flee Stalkers on VDNH in TV Show

In the second episode of the sports show «Chase» (16+) on TNT, aired last Sunday, two famous Perm residents took part — actors Anton Bogdanov and Vladimir Selivanov. Along with other celebrities, they had to flee from catchers across the nighttime VDNH grounds, complete tasks, and compete for a cash prize.

According to the rules of the project, 15 participants must stay in the game as long as possible. During the chase, they not only hide from pursuers but also undergo challenges, form alliances, and make decisions that affect the size of the shared bank.

Anton Bogdanov ended up on the «blue» team, while Vladimir Selivanov was on the «red» team. Before the start, Bogdanov said he was participating in the show with his stepson, actor Leon Kemstach. According to the artist, his stepson became his main mentor and promised to teach his stepfather everything. Leon himself admitted he was very worried about his relative.

«This time, my stepfather Anton Bogdanov is here with me — he»s my big friend. And if they catch him, I«ll do everything to get revenge for him,» said the actor.

During the game, the paths of the two Perm residents crossed. Bogdanov suggested Selivanov stick together, but he refused, explaining they were playing for different teams.

«Catchers are starting to fill our paths. Look at him walking over there in glasses; I»m out of here. I think I need to move inward,« commented Selivanov as he hid from the pursuers.

When he met Bogdanov, he refused to team up. However, soon a catcher emerged from the bushes toward Vladimir. The actor tried to hide, pressing tightly against a tree, but it didn«t save him — the pursuer tore off his chevron.

Later, the host announced a new stage of the game: any participant could earn 50,000 rubles (about $550 at current rates) by telling the catchers the location of a rival. Anton Bogdanov immediately stated he would not betray anyone.

However, comedian Nikolai Demin noticed the actor hiding in the bushes and still gave away his coordinates. At the same time, he admitted he felt «ashamed before the idol from »Real Boys,« but this is a game, and you have to survive.»

Bogdanov himself almost immediately realized what had happened. And as soon as the host announced Bogdanov«s elimination, Leon Kemstach declared he would now play »for two.«

In the end, neither of the Perm actors managed to reach the final. The winner of the episode was comedian Nikolai Demin. He was the last to escape the catchers and took the prize bank of 550,000 rubles (about $6,100 at current rates).

In early July, an episode of the cooking show «Housewives vs. Confectioners» (16+) on the channel «Pyatnitsa!» also aired with Vladimir Selivanov. The actor was a rival to his colleague and fellow townsman Svetlana Permyakova.
