The concert of former Mirage band soloist Tatiana Ovsienko, scheduled for January 21 at the Railway Workers« Palace of Culture in Yekaterinburg, did not take place. Despite this, many spectators came at the appointed time.
One resident reported:
No one at the Palace of Culture knows about the concert. The administrator said I was the tenth person to ask. And now the question is: how to get a refund or will it be rescheduled? After me, the cashier decided to close the doors of the Palace of Culture so that people like me wouldn«t bother them anymore.
Representatives of the Palace of Culture explained that the event was rescheduled for May 21. This information was published on the artist«s social media, but personal notification about the rescheduling of the January show did not reach some fans.
The institution added:
Why the reschedule wasn«t mentioned anywhere is not a question for us, but for the organizers. We don»t do mailings. Maybe they had some issues, not everyone received the notification.
The editorial team also attempted to obtain comments from the singer«s representative and the ticket operator, but no prompt response to the inquiries was received.
