Krasnodar Weekend Guide: Concerts, Tours, and Events

Saturday and Sunday in Krasnodar will be rainy — forecasters are again promising downpours with snow at the end of the week. But that«s no reason to stay home! 93.RU has prepared a selection of events taking place this weekend — January 31 and February 1. We tell you in detail where you can go and how much it costs.

January 31, Saturday

11:00 — meeting with psychologists «Openness Lab» (16+). A space will be created for guests to practice social skills just like training the body in a gym. Through simple exercises, you can learn how to get closer to people, build communication more easily, and stop being afraid of appearing vulnerable.

16:00 — tour of the exhibition «Merchant Yekaterinodar» (0+). Immersion in the atmosphere of the era: you can see reconstructed interiors and hear the sounds of the old city. And for children, a master class on creating a 1990s postcard will be organized.

19:00 — concert «Romantik Quartet» (12+). Performance by one of Russia«s best chamber ensembles. The program will feature classics from different eras, from Tchaikovsky and Shostakovich to rarely heard chamber works by Taneyev, Myaskovsky, and Weinberg.

20:00 — premiere of the play «The Wonderful Doctor» (12+). The plot is based on Kuprin«s story of the same name about a family in dire straits.

20:00 — chamber piano concert (6+). Musician Vitaly Sumarokov will perform original compositions on an antique piano over 100 years old. The performance will take place in a historical mansion, with flickering candles creating the atmosphere.

February 1, Sunday

13:00 — painting master class (6+). During the class, under the guidance of an experienced artist, you can paint your own picture with gouache on A4 format. All necessary materials will be provided.
