  • «Vértigo» by Sonia Jimenez — dramatic contemporary dance about internal crises;
  • «Déjà» by Edgar Zendejas — minimalist intellectual choreography;
  • «Gnawa» by Nacho Duato — a cult work from 2005, previously not shown in St. Petersburg;
  • «Hikarizatto» by Itzik Galili — a piece built on light and virtuosity.
On 13 April, the Chinese dance company HUHU Dance will present the acrobatic piece «Song of the Wanderer / NOMADIC» by choreographer Hu Shengyuan. This is a hypnotic combination of folk plasticity and modern expression, also performed for the first time in Russia.
On 15 April, audiences will see «Return / Querencia» by the Antonio Najarro Company, where traditional Spanish dance enters a dialogue with flamenco. The word «Querencia» in Andalusian tradition means a place of strength and inner balance.

The international Dance Open ballet festival has been held for 25 years. Performances are shown in their original form — with sets, costumes, musicians, and dancers as conceived by the creators.
Closed ticket sales for the Friends Club begin on 5 February, general sales on 10 February. Detailed information about the productions is available on the festival«s official website.
