In Vyborg, from 23 to 26 July, the large-scale motorcycle culture festival Baltik Rally 2026 will take place. In addition to sports and biker events, guests can expect an extensive musical program featuring Garik Sukachyov, Oleg Gazmanov, Chizh & Co, and many other performers. The first day of the festival, 23 July, will be an introductory day. For those arriving by boat, a musical party will be organized at the Lavola yacht club. It will feature the Honored Folk Art Collective Veresk, musician Pyotr Pogodayev with hits of the band Kino, and the cover band Amore-More.
The musical program includes numerous bands and multiple stages across four days.

On 24 July, the musical program will be opened by the band Klyuchevaya. With breaks for activities, the evening will continue with the groups Svoy Vysotsky (songs of Vladimir Vysotsky), SuperTime, Khempis, and Pleiady. The evening will conclude with headliner Garik Sukachyov — frontman of the bands Brigada S and Neprikasayemyye. His performance on the main stage will be broadcast live on the second stage. Sukachyov will also return to the stage on 26 July.
The closing evening features Aleksandr F. Sklyar and Garik Sukachyov with Va-Bank.

On 25 July, music will begin at 12:00 on the second stage: the St. Petersburg punk rock band Front78 will perform, followed by Avalon and TiP-n-ToP. On the main stage, the program starts at 15:00 with a performance by the cover band Free Chapter Band 63. Then simultaneous performances will take place by the Military Orchestra of the 69th Guards Motor Rifle Division (main stage) and the band Amalgama (second stage). The permanent leader of Amalgama, Vladislav Graf Ivoilov, has been playing heavy metal, hard rock, and power metal since the early 2000s. The wait for Oleg Gazmanov will be sweetened by the St. Petersburg group Posledniy Pioner.
People«s Artist of Russia Oleg Gazmanov will take the main stage at 20:00. On the eve of the festival he will celebrate his 75th birthday, and for this occasion the president awarded him the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 2nd Class. After Gazmanov, the band Donera will warm up the crowd, followed by the second star guests of the evening — Chizh & Co led by Sergey Chigrakov, performing heartfelt blues rock.
The final day, 26 July, will be filled with music beloved by bikers. The bands Put« Solntsa, Nevestina, Jets, Stantsiya, Mikaya, and Orkestr Rubinshteyna XIII will perform. This group, named after the address of the legendary Leningrad Rock Club, consists of veterans from the »first echelon« and performs hits of that era: Kino, Alisa, Zoo Park. From Chuvashia comes Roman Malov — »the same guy from milk cartons«, co-owner of a dairy plant and singer. For old school rock lovers, a Rolling Stones tribute will play on the main stage.
The evening will continue with bands Yemen and Hardy Davidson. The festival will conclude with the final headliner: Aleksandr F. Sklyar and the band Va-Bank with participation of Garik Sukachyov. This iconic union of legends from the Moscow rock scene — Va-Bank are considered pioneers of alternative rock and unplugged style in Russia. Their work includes hard rock «n» roll, lyrical ballads, and urban romance.
