Anton Antonov on 'Battle of the Chefs': Ivelev and Agzamov's Verdict

In the qualifying round of the new season of the culinary project «Battle of the Chefs», 37-year-old chef Anton Antonov participated, who works as a sous-chef at a hotel in Adygea.
Introducing himself, Anton said: «My name is Anton Antonov. Currently, I work as a sous-chef at a hotel in Adygea. I have brought you a caviar made from roasted vegetables with Parmesan mousse and red sweet onion.»
The evaluation of the dish was given by the show«s hosts — chefs Konstantin Ivelev and Renat Agzamov. Ivelev spoke first: »For me, there is no brightness, no taste. Therefore, I will say «no».«
Agzamov supported his colleague, stating: «The idea is not bad, but I agree, the dish did not turn out well. I say »no«.»
As a result, Antonov could not advance to the next stage of the competition.
Previously, Anton Antonov was recognized for preparing the best shashlik in 2023.
