In the village of Novotsaritsyno in Moskalenky District, due to the closure of the local school and kindergarten for major repairs, children have to study in a boarding school building. Moreover, the temperature is not maintained in the premises. Parents are forced to buy heaters at their own expense. The issue has been ongoing for four years. This was reported by the information center of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
An appeal was made to the office of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A. I. Bastrykin, on the social network VKontakte regarding the violation of students« rights to accessible education in the village of Novotsaritsyno in Omsk Region. For four years, due to the closure of the rural secondary school and kindergarten for major repairs, minors have been forced to study in a boarding school building. However, due to faulty engineering systems, the temperature is not regulated in the premises. Parents are compelled to purchase heaters at their own cost. Appeals to various authorities have yielded no results.
The regional Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case. Its investigation is being supervised by the central office of the agency.
