Yulia, a resident of the Solnechnogorsk urban district, told MSK1.RU that kindergarten No. 44 in the urban-type settlement of Radumlya is closed for major repairs, and children have to be taken 30 kilometers from home. According to her, parents have already written a complaint to the president.

The kindergarten was closed at the end of 2024, and the Ministry of Construction of the Moscow Region promised to complete the work by September 1, 2025. As Yulia claims, in 2026 the institution is still closed, and a representative of the contractor advised parents to look for other places.

«They are posting photos of another kindergarten, but presenting them as ours. The handover of the kindergarten has been postponed for the fourth time, and there are many defects in the kindergarten. We haven»t been able to get into the kindergarten for over a year. We drive our children two hours a day to other kindergartens 30 km from home,« said the resident.
According to her, parents visited the premises: half the furniture is missing, some double-glazed windows are cracked, facade panels are broken in places, and rebar is sticking out from under the snow.
The district administration told MSK1.RU that construction work is completed, and they are preparing «commissioning systems.»
«Classes are not being held at the kindergarten, it is currently closed. The opening is planned for the second half of February,» the authorities promised.
