City Hall Denies Violations in Silver Coast School

The city administration denied any violations in the commissioning of School No. 155 in the Silver Coast microdistrict. The agency told NGS55.RU that the school was handed over without defects and that it received a compliance certificate in December 2025.

«The orders from the State Construction Supervision Authority were issued during the construction phase and also covered work that had been accepted from the previous contractor — LLC «Capital-Development». All noted deficiencies were corrected before construction was completed and the facility was commissioned. Moreover, an inspection of load-bearing structures was carried out, and based on its results, the technical condition of the school was assessed as operational, ensuring the mechanical safety of the inspected facility,» the press service of the city hall reported.

Earlier, we reported that the State Construction Supervision Authority filed a lawsuit to bring the institution «Department of Capital Construction» to administrative responsibility. The reason for the appeal was an unscheduled inspection in early December 2025, during which it was discovered that not all deficiencies had been corrected within the deadline of the order.
