455 Million Ruble Kindergarten in Omsk's Neftyaniki District
A kindergarten costing 455 million rubles (about $5.1 million at current rates) will be built in Omsk's Sovetsky district (Neftyaniki) by contractor ASK Monolit. Completion is scheduled by August 31, 2027.

A kindergarten will be built in Omsk«s Sovetsky district (Neftyaniki). The construction contractor is ASK Monolit. Omsk Mayor Sergei Shelest announced this on his Telegram channel.
ASK Monolit LLC was registered in Omsk in December 2020. Its director and founder is Andrei Mezentsev. In 2025, the company«s revenue amounted to 194 million rubles (about $2.2 million at current rates), and net profit was 3.7 million rubles (about $41,100 at current rates).
The kindergarten will be located at 65A Mira Avenue, on the site of a dilapidated building. The contract value is approximately 455 million rubles (about $5.1 million at current rates). Construction will be funded from the infrastructure fee.
«The contractor will build a three-story building with an elevator on the site of the previous emergency structure, and the new kindergarten will accommodate nine groups for children aged one and a half to seven years,» Shelest said.
The customer is the Department of Construction of the Omsk City Administration. Work is planned to be completed by August 31, 2027.
In Omsk region, seven roads will also be built.
