Yakutia Budgets 478.8 Million Rubles for Il Tumen Apparatus in 2026
The Yakutia budget for 2026 has allocated 478.8 million rubles (approximately $5.32 million at current rates) for the maintenance of the Il Tumen State Assembly apparatus. This amount also includes the salaries of speaker Alexey Yeremeyev and committee chairs, as stated in the adopted law «On the State Budget of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for 2026 and the planning period of 2027 and 2028».
Of the 478.8 million rubles (about $5.32 million), the lion«s share — namely 335.9 million rubles (approximately $3.73 million) — will go to staff payments, which includes the salary of the speaker and deputies. This year, Alexey Yeremeyev will earn 6.7 million rubles (about $74,400), or 555 thousand rubles (about $6,200) per month. For the next two years, the same amount is allocated, and in 2025 his salary was exactly the same.
The salary of Yakutia Head Aisen Nikolayev is slightly higher — 8.5 million rubles (about $94,400) or 716 thousand rubles (about $8,000) per month. Deputies this year will receive 85.4 million rubles (about $948,900), with the republic«s budget allocating the same amount for 2027 and 2028.
A small amount — 50 million rubles (approximately $555,600) — will go towards the purchase of goods, works, and services necessary for the functioning of the Il Tumen apparatus. Meanwhile, the total volume of Yakutia«s budget expenditures in 2026 will amount to 349.8 billion rubles (about $3.89 billion at current rates).
