Tula Region to Spend 10 Million Rubles on Disabled Children's Rest

The Tula region plans to spend 10,164,000 rubles (approximately $112,900 at current rates) to purchase 242 vouchers for disabled children and their companions to rest at Black Sea health resorts.

Tula region will spend 10,164,000 rubles (approximately $112,900 at current rates) on organizing rest for disabled children and their companions at health resorts on the Black Sea coast. The vouchers will be organized on a «mother and child» basis. The relevant information has been published on the state procurement portal.

In total, 242 vouchers will be purchased for this amount — at 42,000 rubles (about $467 at current rates) each.

The children with companions will rest at health resorts in the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea. Five shifts will be organized — from late June to late August 2026.

  • from 19 June 2026 to 30 June 2026;
  • from 5 July 2026 to 16 July 2026;
  • from 19 July 2026 to 31 July 2026;
  • from 4 August 2026 to 15 August 2026;
  • from 18 August 2026 to 23 August 2026.

Each shift will last 14 days.

It is stipulated that children with companions should be accommodated in double rooms. Each sleeping place must have an area of at least 4 square meters. There should also be a television, shower, toilet, washbasin, and a beach within 300 meters of the institution.
