Tula Region Allocates 9.8M for Hot Water Tests

The Tula region will allocate 9.8 million rubles ($98,200 at current rates) for laboratory testing of hot water from boiler houses in 2026, according to a draft contract published on the state procurement portal.

The Tula region plans to spend 9,818,520.41 rubles ($98,200 at current rates) in 2026 on laboratory quality control of hot water. The draft contract has been published on the state procurement portal.
The customers are OOO «KKS», OOO «ATEK», and OOO «ChTK». The tests will be conducted for the following parameters:
  • iron
  • zinc
  • pH
  • turbidity
  • color
  • odor
  • hardness
  • sulfides (hydrogen sulfide)
  • temperature
  • sodium
  • total microbial count
  • total coliform bacteria (TCB)
  • enterococci
  • sulfite-reducing clostridia
  • E. coli
Water sampling will be conducted at several boiler houses located in the Tula region. Namely in Novomoskovsk, the village of Spasskoye, Venyov, Plavsk, the settlement of Belaya Gora, the settlement of Dubna, the village of Voskresenskoye, and Yefremov. In total, there are 30 facilities in the list.
Samples at the boiler houses will be taken throughout the year, until December 31, 2026.
