A Ryazan plant engaged in trading construction materials may go bankrupt due to a debt of over one hundred million rubles. The information appeared on the website of the arbitration court of Ryazan Oblast.

As known from the file information, the application to declare LLC «United Construction Materials Plant» bankrupt was filed by the Federal Tax Service (FTS). Another party in this case is the FTS office for Ryazan Oblast.

The enterprise is engaged in trading construction materials and products. The general director is listed as Irina Galkina, and the founders with equal shares are Nadezhda Frolova and the international commercial company Letra Ltd. (Belize).

Since 2022, there has been no information on the company«s finances.

From open sources, it is known that the lawsuit between the tax service and LLC «United Construction Materials Plant» for the amount of 117 million rubles (approximately $1.3 million at current rates) was filed on January 16, 2026.

At the moment, the case is under consideration in the first instance of the arbitration court.
