KDV's parent company now controlled by Rosselkhozbank

The KDV confectionery group's parent company has been transferred to state-owned Rosselkhozbank, according to official records, following the criminal conviction of its owners.

JSC Koniterus Kom (the parent company of the KDV Group) is now controlled by Rosselkhozbank, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL).
JSC Koniterus Kom is now managed by RSHB-Finance, a subsidiary of Rosselkhozbank.

On 1 October 2025, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow issued a ruling in the high-profile case of the holding«s owners. Denis Shtengelov and his father* were found to be members of an extremist association. The entrepreneurs» property, as well as the KDV holding, were transferred to state ownership. In January 2026, the court also seized 18.07% of the shares of JSC Koniterus Kom (the parent company of the KDV holding) owned by shareholder Igor Semenov in favor of the state and banned his activities in Russia.
According to the EGRUL extract, as of 22 January 2026, the parent company of KDV has come under the control of Rosselkhozbank.
The extract also shows that JSC Boavista has come under the control of RSHB-Finance. According to Kontur Focus, the joint-stock company owns several football clubs (FC KDV and FC Kuzbass) and the Yarche supermarket chain.
