Gasoline Prices Rise Again in Chita This Week

AI-95 and AI-92 gasoline prices increased at a Rosneft station in Chita, while other monitored stations showed no change, according to a local news outlet's check.

AI-95 and AI-92 gasoline prices increased at the Rosneft station on Marshal Zhukov Avenue in Chita. The editorial staff of Chita.Ru checked prices at gas stations.

Prior to this, gasoline at Rosneft became more expensive on January 5. At other stations, the lull has lasted longer: at BRK since November 10, at Kors and Neftemarket since December 15.

The cost of both gasoline grades at Rosneft on Marshal Zhukov, 15 increased by 0.3 rubles (approximately $0.003 at current rates) over the week: AI-95 now costs 66.2 rubles (about $0.66), AI-92 — 63 rubles (about $0.63). Diesel fuel did not change in price and costs 82.8 rubles (about $0.83).

Prices at other gas stations remained the same:

Neftemarket on Shilova, 96: AI-95 costs 81 rubles (about $0.81), AI-92 — 75 rubles (about $0.75), diesel fuel — 90.9 rubles (about $0.91);

BRK on Ivanovsky Proyezd, 2a: AI-95 costs 80 rubles (about $0.80), AI-92 — 72.8 rubles (about $0.73), diesel fuel — 87.8 rubles (about $0.88);

Kors on Marshal Rokossovsky, 3: AI-95 — 69.85 rubles (about $0.70), AI-92 — 66.65 rubles (about $0.67), diesel fuel — 87.8 rubles (about $0.88);

Kors on Lenina, 104: AI-95 — 79.7 rubles (about $0.80), AI-92 — 72.5 rubles (about $0.73), diesel fuel — 87.8 rubles (about $0.88).

Zabaikalsky Krai ranked 31st place in the rating of Russian regions by how much gasoline can be bought with the average salary at December 2025 prices.
