Deposits at Bank Saint Petersburg grew by 32% in 2025

In 2025, Bank Saint Petersburg recorded a 32% increase in the number of opened deposits compared to 2024. The volume of the deposit portfolio increased by 27%.

The average savings amount of a retail client increased by 10,000 rubles (approximately $100 at current rates) and reached 860,000 rubles (approximately $8,600). The number of clients with deposits exceeded 310,000 people. Two-thirds of depositors were women, but the average deposit amount for men was 10% higher.

Throughout the year, client preferences for deposit terms changed. At the beginning of the year, 45% chose six-month deposits, 20% chose three-month deposits, and 27% chose annual deposits. By the end of the year, the situation had changed: three-month deposits became leaders with a share of 56%, six-month deposits accounted for 22%, and annual deposits for 18%.

Seasonal deposits traditionally enjoy high popularity, preferred by about 65% of clients. More than half of depositors are people over 60 years old. The age range is very wide: the youngest client was one year old, and the oldest was 104 years old.
