The trade union organization of the Tolyatti auto giant announced good news that will affect everyone working at the plant. The surprise was prepared in honor of the plant«s 60th anniversary.
“An order has been signed to pay bonuses to employees in the amount of 10,000 rubles (approximately $108 at current rates).
The bonus will be included in the salary for July 2026 and is awarded with the wording «for the contribution of the collective of JSC »AvtoVAZ« to ensuring the operation of the enterprise»,” the trade union said.

The anniversary bonus is not the only support measure the plant provides to its employees. Since July 1, 2026, AvtoVAZ has indexed tariff rates and salaries by 5% for all categories of personnel. In addition, the additional bonus portion of payments was also increased by 5%.
The history of the Volga Automobile Plant began exactly 60 years ago on July 20, 1966, when a joint resolution of the CPSU Central Committee and the USSR Council of Ministers was issued on the construction of a passenger car plant in Tolyatti. It was then that the city officially gained the status of Russia«s automotive capital.
Today, in its 60th anniversary year, AvtoVAZ marked another event: the first production LADA NIVA Legend in an updated configuration rolled off the main assembly line, adding to the multimillion fleet of legendary SUVs.
