Yekaterinburg resident Denis Maklyakov, who has a psychiatric diagnosis, feels no regret for publishing the personal data of his neighbor Victoria Pchelova and her minor daughter online, accusing them of crimes and insulting them under the pseudonym Ivan Sirota. He believes that he himself suffered from the neighbors« actions.
Denis posts similar messages on various social media platforms and websites.

As Denis claims, Pchelova and her daughter «bullied» him, he was alone. He calls them swindlers, citing problems with the door: «They block the doors, and then my key won«t insert. That»s how black raiders operate, to make a person sell the apartment, they simply drive a person out. And they drive out my tenants. From 2018 to 2021 I endured and stored it all up, then I gathered and posted it.»
The man admitted that he himself makes up criminal nicknames for his foes. In all the years of conflict, none of them offered to sell him the apartment. «You understand, it«s not done directly. Simply unbearable conditions are created for the person and they are forced to sell the home. I myself used to investigate apartment fraud in the past, so I know about this.»
As an example, Denis said that once he could not open the common door, the lock of which he himself had installed. «The key simply wouldn«t insert. I don»t know what it was. But I«m sure it was Pchelova and the second neighbor (died a year and a half ago), a former realtor, who prevented me from entering. I consider her a swindler because of her actions. I don»t care whether there is a court ruling or not.»
As proof of his words, Denis presents police reports. Seven years ago, he accused a neighbor of punching him in the face (no harm to health, the neighbor denied everything, the case was dismissed). Six years ago, he complained that neighbors on social media called him a pedophile — the neighbors« authorship was not confirmed, and they believe he could have written the messages himself to increase pressure.
In new videos, Denis uses these statements and accuses local police officers of conspiring with «black realtors». «The local police are not interested in the investigation. I even wrote to the local deputy, but he ignored me. She [Pchelova] is a hardened person, she portrays everything to her advantage. I can«t say how they block the doors, but I am sure of it. She acts subtly, through other people.»
The man is not embarrassed that numerous checks, including polygraph, showed that Victoria did not do any of what he accused her of. The woman even filmed videos of him freely entering his home. As for Pchelova«s minor daughter, whose personal data Denis also publishes, he explained: «I latched onto Victoria»s younger daughter because she started setting her on me. She set her daughter on me, and that girl called me four-eyes in 2018. Naturally, I reacted. I think that because of them I can«t rent out my apartment, because they say nasty things about me to tenants.»
Previously, a detailed analysis of this story from Victoria Pchelova and her daughter was published. Also published was the opinion of a former investigator on problems with forced treatment of people with mental disorders: due to bureaucracy and legislative gaps, such a person can only be placed in a psychiatric hospital with his consent, and isolating them, if they have not killed anyone, is extremely difficult.
