A 17-year-old resident of Yakutia will be tried for attempting to sell over 27 grams of narcotics. He worked as a drug stasher for an organized group that offered him quick money. This was reported on 21 July on the republic«s Investigative Committee channel on Max.

On 29 May 2026, in the Poultry Farm microdistrict, together with another teenager and following instructions from supervisors, he retrieved a large batch of the drug PVP weighing at least 27.256 grams from a cache. The young men were supposed to package and distribute the prohibited substance through stashes.

However, they were unable to complete the crime and the teenagers were detained by police. During a search, 47 packets of drugs were seized from the accused. His accomplice had not reached the age of criminal responsibility, so the investigation referred the materials to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for preventive measures.
