Teenagers Beat Man in Surgut for Reprimand – Video
In Surgut (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Russia), a mob of teenagers attacked a man. According to social media reports, the young men beat the resident after he reprimanded them about noise. The fight was captured on surveillance cameras.
It is reported that before the attack, the man made a remark to the teenagers about the noise.
The conflict occurred near the entrance of building No. 2 on Tyumensky Trakt. The footage shows that after a brief verbal altercation, the teenagers swarm the adult man, beating him with fists and feet. Blows land on his head as well. While the young men beat the resident, their female companions stand nearby and watch.
Law enforcement officers discovered the video during social media monitoring. The incident led to the initiation of a criminal case under Article 213 of the Russian Criminal Code (hooliganism). Investigative actions are underway to establish all circumstances of the incident.
