Owner of sauna where five teens died sent to pre-trial detention

Measures were chosen for the owner and administrator of a private sauna where a fire on January 31 claimed the lives of five teenagers. A group of schoolchildren and students gathered to celebrate the birthdays of three friends, but the evening ended in tragedy.

During the peak of the evening, a fire broke out in the two-story building, and only one 16-year-old visitor managed to escape. The other teenagers could not leave the sauna. Rescuers spent an hour extinguishing the illegal recreation area, which, according to the investigation, lacked fire extinguishers and accessible evacuation exits.

First, the administrator was detained, who allowed the teenagers into the establishment without accompaniment, and also, according to the investigation, due to her actions with stoking the stove, a fire could have occurred. Soon, two co-owners of the sauna were found.
