The Moscow City Court has decided to classify the criminal case against Anna Eliseeva, who previously served as head of the Department of Economic Policy and Investment in the Volgograd administration. Information about this, as well as the extension of her preventive measure, was posted in the court«s database.
Judge Elena Kozlova held an open hearing at which she granted the investigators« request to extend the preventive measure for Eliseeva, who is accused of accepting a bribe on an especially large scale. The ruling will take effect on February 10. At the same time, the court banned the publication of the ruling on the preventive measure, citing Part 5 of Article 15 of the Federal Law »On Ensuring Access to Information on the Activities of Courts in the Russian Federation.«
The secrecy regime also applies to the materials of the case of Elena Guryanova, who holds the position of director of the company «SZ Meteo Comfort.» Her preventive measure was similarly extended. Regarding other defendants in this case—Alexander Gavryuchenkov, general director of JSC Privolzhtransstroy, his deputy Sergey Odinev, and Zakhar Reshetnyak—publication of the rulings is pending.
Earlier, the Moscow City Court had already classified the cases of a number of officials, including the head of Oblkompriroda (Regional Committee for Natural Resources) Alexei Sivokoz and his deputies Irina Panina and Daria Kazankova.
