Krasnoyarsk Women Escape Punishment for Urging Arson

Three participants of a chat who proposed to burn villages of people sympathizing with the death of a 10-year-old boy near Krasnoyarsk will not be punished. NGS24.RU reported this from a source close to the situation.
According to the source, three women aged 40, 44, and 49 were questioned as witnesses, so «preventive measures cannot be applied to them.» They are not considered defendants, but the case is still under investigation.
Recall that in November 2025, a criminal case was opened for «distribution of offensive content» on charges of humiliating human dignity online (Article 282.2, part 2, paragraph «a» of the Russian Criminal Code).
The proposal to burn the villages of people sympathizing with the death of the 10-year-old boy was made in the chat «Dog Sect — Talk.» Users actively discussed the tragedy and people who apparently opposed free dog walking.
«Create a flammable mixture that cannot be extinguished and set fire to all their villages,» said one message.
The publication «Arguments of the Week» noticed this discussion and appealed to the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, to check the participants.
«The boy was buried in a closed coffin, so badly was he mauled by dogs. But instead of sympathy, chat participants began to mock the memory of the child and the grief of his parents, saying that such villages where parents of potential victims of stray dogs live should be burned together with their inhabitants! Isn«t that what the Nazis did?» they wrote in their appeal.
On October 25 in the Berezovsky district near Krasnoyarsk, a 10-year-old child went to a friend«s house through fields where a pack of dogs attacked him. The animals mauled the boy to death. NGS24.RU collects all information about this incident in a separate story.
