Former Krasnoyarsk Krai deputy Alexander Gliskov held in remand prison

Former deputy of the Krasnoyarsk Krai Legislative Assembly Alexander Gliskov was not released from the remand prison. His lawyers reported this in a Telegram channel.
Today, January 30, after the regional court considered a motion from Gliskov«s lawyers, his pre-trial restriction was not eased, and he was left in the remand prison. Gliskov is currently in remand prison No. 1. He was transferred there from a colony after the bribery case was sent back for new consideration.
In late December 2025, the cassation court ruled to review the case of Krasnoyarsk politician Alexander Gliskov. It found numerous violations in the sentencing, including pointing to a breach of the «presumption of innocence».
Gliskov«s lawyers point out that the court may summon as witnesses former governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai Viktor Tolokonsky, Samed Yusubov, Vladimir Demidov, and others. The prosecutors did not object but clarified that the defense must itself arrange for the witnesses» appearance.
Gliskov himself noted that he would like to hear Titov and Yusubov again. Also, the court granted the defense«s motion to request information from the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) regarding operatives visiting Titov during the period when he was writing a confession while in correctional colony No. 17.
Moreover, the lawyers say that during the new consideration, the court will have to hear the defense«s arguments and evaluate them, which was not done before. However, Gliskov will not be able to attend the next hearing in person — the court denied this.
The next hearing in the case of former deputy Alexander Gliskov has been scheduled for February 13. Recall that he was tried for demanding five million rubles (about $55,600 at current rates) from the deputy head of «KraiDEO» Samed Yusubov through an intermediary in spring 2017. It is believed that in 2017 he extorted money from Samed Yusubov, who was then the head of the road enterprise «KraiDEO».
According to the prosecution, Gliskov used his connections and influence to «push through» Yusubov«s dismissal, frequently criticized the road sector, and simultaneously promised to stop the »pressure« and criticism for a fee.
As the suspect pointed out, the indictment is based primarily on Yusubov«s own testimony.
Meanwhile, Yusubov himself was a defendant in a criminal case related to his work at «KraiDEO»; he was detained in May 2023. But later, his case was dismissed due to the statute of limitations.
