A criminal case concerning the production and distribution of pornographic materials involving minors has been sent to court in Perm Krai. The organizer of the criminal group is a native of Chelyabinsk who currently lives abroad, according to the Perm Krai police.
The investigation established that the group included three men and one woman from Tchaikovsky (Perm Krai) and Udmurtia. The group leader recruited schoolchildren aged 12 to 16 and offered them 3,000 to 8,000 rubles ($30 to $80 at current rates) to participate in the filming. After producing the materials, he posted them on a foreign specialized online platform and transferred payment in cryptocurrency to his female accomplice«s wallet. The leader was put on an international wanted list and was located abroad through Interpol channels.
«Members of the criminal group are in custody. During the investigation, one of the defendants entered into a pre-trial agreement. The criminal cases have been sent to court for consideration on the merits,» the Perm Krai police said.
