Brawl and shooting near Novosibirsk nightclub Nebar caught on camera

On 23 January, a video of a brawl with shooting near the nightclub Nebar spread on social networks in Novosibirsk Region. The clip was published on the Telegram channel Anonymous Novosibirsk.

The footage shows a fight breaking out between a group of men near the venue. At one point, two unknown individuals pull out weapons and open fire.

According to a source from NGS, the footage captured a conflict that occurred near Nebar on 22 November. On that day, Gennady Zavadsky, Ruslan Parov, and Vladimir Medvedev were in the club. The fight that broke out between them ended with shots fired from a non-lethal firearm.

Nebar«s administration claimed that the venue»s security quickly reacted to the brawl and escorted those involved outside, where the shooting then took place.

Police reported that a criminal case on hooliganism with the use of weapons (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) had been initiated over the incident.

Previously, an NGS correspondent reported that crime boss Gennady Zavadsky was arrested in Novosibirsk. He may have been a participant in the shooting incident.
