Stylish Clothing Store in Chelyabinsk Closes Its Doors

The Stylish clothing store in Chelyabinsk has ended its operations after 16 years in business. Over that time, the brand grew into a Russian retail chain with its own production in China. At the end of January, the owners organized a clearance sale, and unsold items were sent to charity shops.

The brand«s founders, Anastasia and Azamat Ertukhanov, addressed their customers via social media in a video message. In it, they explained their intention to move forward and develop new projects.

«Like any amazing, beautiful, love-filled story, this one has a continuation. Stylish is now flowing into a new channel, and today we want to thank every member of our team; we remember all our guests,» said Anastasia Ertukhanova.

Her husband, Azamat Ertukhanov, added: «For 16 years they were doing their beloved work; more than a hundred thousand clients, guests visited the company.»

«But time moves on, we change, business models change, tastes and preferences change, we too cannot stay in one place,» emphasized the entrepreneur.

When asked what project will replace Stylish, the owners have not yet answered. Journalists have contacted them on social media, but no details have followed.

The Stylish brand was founded in Chelyabinsk (Ural region). Its history began in 2010 with the sale of limited clothing collections. The first store opened in 2013 at 63 Krasnaya Street. In 2015, the Ertukhanov couple launched their own footwear line. Besides Chelyabinsk, the chain«s stores operated in other Russian cities.

It is worth noting that two years earlier, the LOFT28 store selling Russian brands also closed.
