On February 2, Alexei Tsivilev, who heads the commission on transport and transport infrastructure development of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly, spoke about the appeal from local taxi operators. They want to get into the special list of the Ministry of Digital Development, which allows functioning during network access restrictions.

Currently, one large federal service, occupying about 90% of the market, is on the white list. Its name was not mentioned, but apparently it is Yandex. Meanwhile, companies such as Taksovichkof, Citimobil, and the social taxi service Taxi 068 are not included in the list. As a result, during communication failures, businesses suffer losses, and clients, including people with disabilities, cannot use services and benefits.

Following the commission meeting, it was decided to send appeals to Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev, Chairman of the Committee on Information Policy Sergei Boyarsky, and head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Maxim Shaskolsky. “If we shut down, everyone should,” Alexei Tsivilev summarized the discussion.
