Quarter of gold mining assets sold in Transbaikalia

The company Zolotonosha, which holds rights to develop two gold-bearing areas in the Nerchinsko-Zavodsky district of Zabaykalsky Krai, has sold a quarter of its assets to Kryazh Invest, which is part of the GeoProMining group. This is reported by the portal NEDRADV.

Zolotonosha LLC was registered in Chita in September 2022. Its main activity is the extraction of ores and sands of precious metals, in particular gold and silver. The company is managed by General Director Anatoly Kondratyukin. 75% of the authorized capital belongs to Zhelezny Kryazh LLC, and 25% to Kryazh Invest LLC.

Anatoly Kodratyukin, the managing director of Zolotonosha, is a former head of Chitageologorazvedka. He owns 0.01% of the company«s assets.

According to the portal, Zolotonosha holds licenses for exploration, prospecting, and extraction of metals at the Zolotonoshinskaya prospective area and the Poperechno-Zerentuevskaya area in the Nerchinsko-Zavodsky district. The licenses are valid until July and the end of 2036, respectively. Total reserves of the sites amount to nearly 4 tonnes of gold, with resources of about 10 tonnes.

According to the publication Kommersant, GeoProMining operates in Yakutia and Zabaykalsky Krai. Its main assets include the Sarylah, Sentachan, Verkhne-Menkeche, and Zhelezny Kryazh deposits.

At Zhelezny Kryazh in the Kalgansky district of Transbaikalia, the company is building a processing plant with a capacity of 2.5 million tonnes of iron ore and 850,000 tonnes of gold-bearing ore per year. The beneficiary of GeoProMining is Alexander Orekhov, a former business partner of the founder of AEON, billionaire Roman Trotsenko, who also owns Novaport, the coal company Vorkutaugol, and the agricultural holding Rostagro.
